Our history
- Founded in 1998, the company's software division was independently incorporated and rebranded as PNX Software in 2005.
- In 2005, the company received investment from Tianyi Group and became a sister company, collaborating with the group in operational consulting and IT infrastructure development. Tianyi Investment has two listed companies in its portfolio: Meinian Health (listed in 2015) and Meiyin Gene (listed in 2022).

- In 2007 became a leading ticketing solutions provider. Numerous online ticketing websites utilize PNX's comprehensive ticketing platform to deliver backend system services for a wide range of performances and events.
- Year 2010 till present became a PayPal supplier and subsequently a partner developer, providing solutions for PayPal and bank integration development as well as cross-border e-commerce online store solutions.
- In 2012 Micro acquired PNX's VMWare team.
- In 2015 till present top 10 printing industry enterprises — including RR Donnelley, Jiangsu Phoenix, Jiangxi Xinhua, and others — have all adopted PNX's web-to-print online printing solutions.
- Year 2009 till present As a globally preferred supplier for Thermo Fisher, PNX provides worldwide technical support spanning North America, EMEA, IPAC, and China, covering over $30 billion in global online sales.
- Year 2017 till present as a preferred supplier for AkzoNobel, we provide comprehensive digital transformation services for all its brands in China — including Dulux, Leviss, Huarun Paint, Sikkens Paint, and more — covering websites, WeChat integration, advertising systems integration, customer service integration, system development and implementation, reporting and tracking, and a full range of other integrated services.
