August 1998<\/div>

PNX's predecessor, PNX Computers, was founded<\/h3>

PNX's predecessor, PNX Computers, was founded in 1998, leveraging the founding team's experience in global network interconnection from Shanghai Jiao Tong University's National Network Laboratory \u2014 at a time when internet connectivity was far less developed and significantly more challenging \u2014 along with global support experience from General Motors\/EDS. The company gained early support from top-tier multinational corporations including Cisco, Motorola, and Kodak, and went on to implement system software and infrastructure solutions such as ERP, servers and storage, and network construction to support business operations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

May 2000<\/div>

IT Business and Client Expansion<\/h3>

Motorola outsourced a significant volume of IT services and software development to PNX Computers. At the same time, the company continued to provide comprehensive technical services to Cisco. Additionally, it delivered software collaboration and connectivity solutions for Kodak, spanning over 300 distributors and 10,000 retail stores.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Year 2001<\/div>

Became unqiue dealer of VMWare and Redhat in China<\/h3>

VMware, a pioneer in cloud computing (still a small company in 2001), designated PNX as the exclusive China-region service provider for both VMware and Red Hat. (During their early days in China, the VMware and Red Hat teams actually operated out of PNX's office.)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Year 2005<\/div>

Tianyi Investment Group Cooperation<\/h3>

In 2005, the company acquired investment from Tianyi Group and became a sister company, collaborating with the group in operational consulting and IT infrastructure development. Tianyi Investment has two listed companies in its portfolio: Meinian Health (listed in 2015) and Meiyin Gene (listed in 2022).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

HP Partnership<\/h3>

In 2006, driven by the growth of digital printing (characterized by small order volumes per job), we leveraged our long-standing proprietary expertise in image and PDF processing, combined with web and e-commerce development capabilities, to become a partner of HP and Xerox. We began providing image processing and web-to-print online store services for digital printing, enabling automated workflows from online ordering to the printing shop floor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Leading Ticket Solution<\/h3>

In 2007, we became a leading ticketing solutions provider. Numerous online ticketing websites adopted ShengXiang's comprehensive ticketing platform to power the backend systems for a wide range of performances and events.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Year 2009<\/div>

Lifetech and Thermofisher Global eCommerce<\/h3>

In 2009, in collaboration with the North American R&D divisions of Invitrogen and Applied Biosystems, we successfully developed and implemented their e-commerce and website systems, as well as Siebel CRM and EDM solutions, across the IPAC region and China, supporting over $4 billion in online sales. The two companies subsequently merged to form Life Technologies, which was later integrated into Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2014\u20132015. Due to PNX's outstanding contributions, we were designated as a global preferred vendor for Thermo Fisher in 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

In 2016, Thermo Fisher entitled PNX Software as the global preferred vendor, providing worldwide technical support spanning North America, EMEA, IPAC, and China \u2014 covering websites, e-commerce, CRM, personalization systems, EDM, and various other platforms \u2014 supporting over $30 billion in annual online sales.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Perferred Vendor of AkzoNobel <\/h3>

From 2017 till present, as the preferred supplier for AkzoNobel, we have provided comprehensive digital transformation services for all its brands in China \u2014 including Dulux, Levis, Huarun Paint, Sikkens Paint, and more \u2014 covering websites, WeChat integration, advertising systems integration, customer service integration, system development and implementation, reporting and tracking, and a full range of other integrated services.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

PayPal has formally designated ShengXiang Technology as a partner under contract.<\/h3>

Since becoming a PayPal supplier in 2010, ShengXiang Technology has not only demonstrated strong development capabilities in bank integration implementation and robust support for PayPal's cross-border clients, but has also exhibited a wide range of advanced competencies \u2014 including powerful security capabilities, IT infrastructure development, and consulting expertise. As a result, we have been contracted as a verified partner in the Asia-Pacific region, providing cross-border solutions, consulting, development, and technical support services for PayPal's enterprise clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Provided website support and e-commerce development for Cytiva (GE) in the China region<\/h3>

From 2023 to the present, leveraging PNX's strong technical expertise in online e-commerce and digital marketing, Cytiva (GE) has selected ShengXiang Technology to provide localization support for its global websites, build an online academy and e-commerce platform \u2014 including integration with logistics providers and ERP systems, as well as PowerBI data integration \u2014 to rapidly expand its online business.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
